DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL CAN LAY DOWN ITS OWN RULES

Dictum

We must point out for the benefit of the Tribunal concerned that like any other Tribunal of this nature, it is entitled to decide its own procedure and lay down its own rules for the conduct of enquires regarding disciplines.
